Bill Speirs Foundation
We are pleased to be in the early stages of establishing the Bill Speirs Foundation.
You will soon be able to find further details of this in the new Bill Speirs Foundation section of this site.
Some areas of focus and projects include:
- Palestine
- South Africa
- Cuba
- Bill Speirs annual lecture
- Annual Billfest
What a success
After a few delays we are now delighted to announce that Billfest 2010 raised £4000!
The event in March was a huge success and had three main aims, which have now been achieved.
These were to:
- Celebrate and commemorate the life of Bill Speirs.
- Raise both money and awareness for charities and causes close to Bill's heart.
- Raise money, ideas and support for a way to continue a lifetime of hard work and dedication to these causes.

Loss of information.
Due to the recent technical difficulties much information including news and photos has been lost.

Server down.
Apologies to anyone that tried to get on the website recently to find that it was down.
Our hosting company had some problems with their server, which have now been resolved.
Unfortunately it resulted in the loss of the whole site and the last back up was done in March just after Billfest.
Please bear with us while the site is brought back up to date.
